WHAT IS OUR RESENT POLICY WORKING?
If you are with one of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resent you a new package.
If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Provide pictures that you wearing the jersey for us to confirm, After we confirm you can pay fee for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.
2. DELAY SHIPMENT
1) If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal to 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.
2) If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.
3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST
If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and make sure you get it.
